I was diagnosed with "incurable" depression at 18. For 15 years, I was told to accept a life of medication and darkness. But my mind works differently—before I was a healer, I was an Associate General Accountant AGA (SA).

I am trained to analyze systems, find logic gaps, and identify root causes. I realized the brain is simply a biological engine, and my "incurable" depression was just an error in the code.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose control in hypnosis?

No. You are never out of control. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation, not mind control. You stay awake, aware, and able to talk or say no at any time. We simply quiet the busy part of your mind so we can work with the deeper patterns underneath.

Is this the same as stage hypnosis or “woo-woo” stuff?

No. Stage hypnosis is for entertainment. What we do here is Clinical Hypnosis combined with neuroscience, psychology, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It’s a structured way to update old patterns in your brain, not a party trick.

What exactly is a “Neural Reset”?

A Neural Reset is a deep repair session where we work directly with your subconscious to find and change the root cause of your struggle. Instead of just coping with anxiety, burnout, or low self-worth, we go to the original “instruction” your brain is following—and rewrite it.

How is this different from normal therapy or life coaching?

Traditional talk therapy often focuses on talking about the problem and managing symptoms. Life coaching often focuses on goals and action steps. Where does the “Accountant brain” come in?

Before becoming a therapist, I was an Associate General Accountant [A(GA)]. My brain is trained to follow numbers, find gaps, and fix broken systems. I treat your mind the same way: your anxiety or depression isn’t “random”—it’s a logical output of an old program. Together, we trace it, understand it, and update it.

Why do you talk about the body if you work with the mind?

Because your mind and body are one system. Stress, trauma and overload often show up as headaches, tight muscles, gut issues, or constant fatigue. When your “check engine” light (your body) is on, we don’t just switch off the light. We look for the emotional and mental stress that might be driving it.

How quickly will I see results, and how many sessions will I need?

Many people feel lighter and more hopeful after just one deep session, because we work directly with the subconscious. But your brain has practiced certain patterns for years, so lasting change usually needs a few weeks of support. Most clients move through my 5-Stage Overhaul over about 6–12 weeks, instead of doing endless, open-ended sessions.

What if I’m nervous or it “doesn’t work” for me?

It’s completely normal to feel nervous. We go at your pace, and you are in charge the whole time. Almost everyone can enter a hypnotic state if they are willing to relax and follow simple steps—it feels a lot like daydreaming. If something isn’t landing, we adjust the approach.
